Estimate

Interior Painting

Ceilings

Ceilings throughout the entire house will be painted flat white.

Walls

We will fill minor holes and imperfections on walls and paint 2 coats your choice of color. We recommend matte finish.

Trim

Trim in home will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 coat of white semigloss paint.

Labor and Materials: $5,000

Additional Option- Kitchen Cabinets

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.

We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.

Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.

All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with BIN primer sealer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Emerald premium paint- we recommend satin finish.

Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam mini roller.

Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $3,500

In some instances, door pulls and handles are changed to newer styles- if this is the case and it requires us to fill the holes, we will fill the holes with 2 coats of fiberglass resin filler and sand smooth prior to the painting process at the rate of $20 per door/ drawer.

This estimate includes all cabinets being the same color. If you would like to add a second color to the upper cabinets/ lower cabinets/ island/ etc. it would be an additional $400.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
