Estimate

Exterior Painting - Areas to be painted will include both front and back soffits, dental moldings under front soffits, foyer/inset area by front door of home, and area under front window where plywood is delaminating.

Areas will be prepped by sanding as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Duration Paint to above listed areas.

Plywood that is delaminating under windows, we will cut out loose bubbling areas.

Put fiberglass resin in holes, prime and paint areas.

**Please note in the future you may end up having to replace this plywood.

Labor and Materials: $2,450

Deck -

Deck railings will be prepped by sanding as needed.

Bare areas spot primed.

Apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration white paint to all railings.

Decking will be sanded and painted to match existing color.

Labor and Materials: $2,100

*While painting will take precautions to cover walkways, shrubbery, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

*Upon completion will leave any left over paints for future touch ups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
