All nail holes will be puttied.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams satin Duration paint.

Fiberglass columns in front of home will be sanded, primed, and painted 2 coats of Sherwin Williams satin Duration white paint.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be primed and painted flat white.

Trim

All nail holes will be puttied.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Any bare wood will be primed.

All other wood in home will have 2 complete coats of Benjamin Moore pearl finish paint applied.

Please note- this price does not include painting of window sash, we understand that they are factory finished.

Walls

Walls in home will be primed and painted 2 coats your choice of color. We recommend matte finish.

Garage interior

Garage interior ceiling will be primed and painted.

Walls will be primed and painted your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,800

Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
