Exterior Painting

Scope of work to include all exterior trim on home with the exception of approximately 10 windows and door in front of house that will be getting replaced. This includes windows, doors, eaves, soffits, fascia boards, spindles, handrails around decking, and porch ceilings.

All trim on home particularly under eaves will be power washed using medium pressure. We will not be using any chemical. This will knock down cobwebs, bees nests, and will clean off dirt prior to painting.

All trim will be prepped as needed.

Any loose flaking paint will be sanded and spot primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked, particularly around windows.

We will apply 2 complete coats of either Sherwin Williams Satin Duration or Benjamin Moore Low Lustre paint to all trim, whichever you prefer.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, decks, shrubbery, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

**Please note this estimate does not include painting or staining of any shingles or decks.

Labor and Materials: $27,775

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
