Option 1- 2 story foyer and upstairs landing

Ceilings will be painted flat white

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen.

Labor and Materials: $1,500

Option 2- Kitchen ceiling

Patch on kitchen ceiling will be scraped down on the high spots and we will add texture to blend it in better, then we will paint complete kitchen ceiling flat white.

Labor and Materials: $300

Option 3- Kitchen walls

Walls in kitchen will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen.

Labor and Materials: $450

Total for all options: $2,250

When painting walls, we recommend matte finish paint because it is a lot less shiny, shows less imperfections, and it is equally as durable.

While painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings with lightweight sheet plastic as needed and floors will be covered with drop cloths.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
