Estimate

Exterior Painting -

Option 1 -

Will soft wash complete exterior of home, stairs, decks & railings using a mild bleach, TSP, dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew that will not harm plants or shrubbery.

All azek trim -

Nail holes will be puttied.

Open joints, gaps and seams particularly around windows and doors will be caulked.

Edges where clapboards meet corner boards etc. will be caulked.

Trim -

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration 100% acrylic premium paint.

Garage doors -

Rusty garage doors will be lightly sanded.

Will apply a rust inhibitor primer, paint garage doors 2 coats in a premium paint for maximum protection.

Cement wall and steps

Will be washed as needed.

Scraped and sanded.

Primed and painted to match existing.

Labor and Materials: $10,000

**If you wish to not do the garage doors at this time you can deduct $400.

Option 2 -

All cement siding -

Noticed paint is loose and flaking in many areas.

Peeling areas will be lightly sanded to get to a sound surface.

Will paint 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration 100% acrylic house paint.

Labor and Materials: $8,500

Total for complete project $18,500

**Please note - we will not be painting any windows or doors that are a vinyl maintenance free product or any trex decking. We will take down exterior lights and replace light blocks as well as clock behind dryer vent.

**Cement siding board will be caulked using Sherwin Williams Sher-Max caulking to stay extremely flexible.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $18,500 to be paid promptly at completion of project

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
