Estimate

Interior- Scope of work to include painting of all ceilings, walls, trim, and garage.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be painted 2 coats with Sherwin Williams flat white paint.

We noticed a couple water stains which will be sealed out with BIN primer sealer prior to painting.

Walls

All minor holes and imperfections will be filled.

We will apply 2 complete coats of either matte or eggshell paint to all walls including closets.

Trim

Trim in home will be painted 2 coats with Sherwin Williams semi gloss white paint.

Prior to painting we will caulk all open joints, gaps, and seams as needed.

Garage

Garage ceiling and walls will be painted 2 coats with Sherwin Williams white.

Labor and Materials: $8,500

Exterior- Soft wash

Complete exterior of house will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $475

Exterior- Trim and siding

Trim

Exterior trim on house will be scaped and sanded as needed to remove any loose flaking paint.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Bare wood will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of white trim paint on entire house.

Siding

Siding on home will be prepped as needed and stained 1 coat of the same color in Sherwin Williams Woodscapes siding stain.

Labor and Materials: $3,900

Exterior- Deck

Deck on rear of home will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion and painted 1 coat of the same color.

Labor and Materials: $425

Total for all options: $13,300

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
