Exterior

Complete soft wash of home using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Due to the trim flaking so bad we will need to sand using electric orbital sanders.

Bare wood will be spot primed and we will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint in your choice of color.

Front clapboards on home will be prepped, primed and painted.

Prior to painting we will fill unsightly gaps and seams with caulking.

Shutters will be painted same color as trim.

Exterior doors on home will be primed and painted your choice of color.

Downspouts and gutters will not be painted.

Shingles on home will be washed only. They will not be stained.

Deck will be sanded and either stained or painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Interior- Complete interior painting including all rooms on first and lower level.

We will repair holes and stress cracks in walls.

We realize some of the cabinets will be removed and we will need to patch behind them.

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

If the mold remediation people do not take care of the mildew on the bathroom ceiling, we will wash it off with bleach, then prime and paint it.

All woodwork in home will need to be washed due to smoke residue and painted in an off white semigloss paint.

All walls in home will be painted 2 coats your choice of color with flat paint.

Handrails will be prepped, primed and painted to match trim.

Metal insert on fireplace and kitchen door handles will be thoroughly cleaned, primed and painted black satin.

*This estimate will also include closets.

Labor and materials for complete home painting: $12,000

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
