2 bathrooms on second floor- we will paint ceiling, walls, and trim.
Ceilings on first floor of home will be painted flat white.
Basement newly plastered wall will be painted corner to corner.
All trim in basement will be painted.

Option 2
4 bedrooms on second floor, hallway, and stairway.
Ceiling will be painted flat white.
Trim will be painted 1 coat in a semi gloss finish.
Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.
Labor and Materials: $4,900
Option 3
First floor walls and trim.
All trim will be painted 1 coat in a semi gloss finish.
Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.
Please note this does not include painting heaters as we understand you will be replacing them.
Labor and Materials: $4,200
To do all 3 options comes out to $10,850 - however if you would like to do all 3 options at once we will do it for an even $10,000.
All ceilings will be painted flat white. When painting woodwork, we will prepare as needed. All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked, and 1 coat of semi gloss paint applied.
When painting walls, we will fill minor holes and imperfections, stress cracks, etc. prior to painting.
If handrails and spindles are replaced, this quote will include painting/ staining them as well.
While painting we will take precautions to cover floors with drop cloths and furnishings with lightweight sheet plastic to prevent paint spatter.
