Exterior

Home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Rake boards on house that are peeling will be sanded, primed and painted.

One section of vinyl clapboards near bulkhead will be color matched and painted due to different colors that are currently on the house.

Bulkhead will be primed and painted in a Rustoleum paint to match house color.

Shutters will be removed, painted and reinstalled.

Exterior doors on home will be painted your choice of color.

Interior

Ceilings

Ceilings throughout the entire house will be painted flat white.

Walls

We will fill minor holes and imperfections on walls and paint 2 coats your choice of color. Entire house will be the same color, including closets.

Trim

Trim in home will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 coat of white semigloss paint.

Kitchen cabinets will be cleaned, sanded, primed and painted your choice of color and sheen. We realize that some top cabinets will be removed and we will have to patch in around these areas.

Windows in great room that are currently stained will be left as-is and will not be painted.

Beams in great room will be painted in either the trim color or the wall color.

Labor and Materials: $9,500

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
