Interior Painting -

Ceilings -

When painting ceiling we will seal out any water stains.

Paint with flat white.

Prior to painting will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color with the exception of the 1st floor walls that will be touched up using your paint.

Trim and Wood work -

When painting trim we will lightly sand to knock down any rough areas and to ensure good paint adhesion.

All open gaps and seams will be caulked.

Nail holes will be puttied

Will apply 1 coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select White paint to trim.

Does not include painting of 1st floor living room recently done.

2nd floor carpets will be cut back approximately 2 - 3 inches so we can paint baseboard all the way to the floor.

Complete 1st floor and stairway

Walls will be touched up using your paint.

All trim on 1st floor

All trim on 1st floor will be painted.

We will not be painting newer room that was recently done. Also will not be painting stairway trim.

On 1st floor will be painting 1 large ceiling in family room.

Prior to painting will seal out water stains.

Complete 2nd floor

Will paint all ceilings flat white.

All walls will be painted 2 coats flat paint.

All trim after prepping is done will be painted 1 coat of semi-gloss white.

**Please note when painting windows we will be painting window casings only and not actual windows.

Bare wood such as rear slider on 1st floor will be primed and painted.

2nd floor bathroom vanity will be painted with same color as exterior front door as the paint can be used for both Interior and Exterior.

**Will not be painting the 1st floor vanity.

Labor and Materials: $6,250

Additional Option - Basement

Basement ceiling will be painted flat white.

Walls in basement will be painted flat white.

**Does not include stairway

Labor and Materials: $425

**This estimate does not include repairing any of the sheetrock. Especially in the basement where there are large missing areas, if you would like we can do this for an additional cost.

**While painting we will cover any items left in the home with sheet plastic and floors on 1st floor with drop cloths to prevent paint spatter.

**We realize 2nd floor carpets don't need to be kept clean because they are being replaced.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
