Estimate

Exterior:

Front of house will be power washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Front clapboards on house will be painted or stained depending on what product used prior.

All trim on house will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration.

Areas currently dark brown such as soffits, gutters, down spouts, etc. will have a second coat applied for a uniform finish.

Downspouts will be removed, will paint behind them, then re-install upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $4,250

Additional Option:

Remove and replace corner boards on home with PVC.

Labor and Materials: $900

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
