Option 1 -

Entry/Foyer -

Will paint ceiling flat white.

Walls 2 coats in your choice of color.

Living room -

Repair stress cracks in middle of ceiling.

Sand to smooth finish.

Paint ceiling flat white.

Sunroom -

Repair stress cracks along ceiling and walls.

Paint flat white.

Paint walls 2 coats in your choice of color.

Mantle in sunroom will be caulked and painted.

Master Bathroom -

Will paint Ceiling flat white.

Paint walls 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $3,470

Option 2 -

Add new window casings to all windows in home.

All windows in home will have new 3 1/4 (Colonial Casing) applied and 1 door in sunroom.

Wood work will match existing door casings in home as best as possible.

Upon installation of windows & door casings we will caulk all open gaps and seams around edges.

Nail holes will be filled.

New casings will be painted to match existing trim in home.

Will also paint inner jams on windows.

Will need some of your touch up paint to paint around edges of door jams and rooms that we are not painting walls.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Total Project: $6,370

As previously discussed we will cover living room with sheet plastic along walls to protect pictures and fragile items. Floors will be covered with drop cloths.

This quote includes labor, materials, wood etc. needed to complete project.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
