Interior Painting - Basement

Ceilings will be painted in flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color using Benjamin Moore paint.

Prior to painting walls we will fill any minor holes and imperfections in walls, as well as one larger size hole at bottom of stairs.

Any open joints, gaps and seams in trim will be caulked.

Will paint trim one coat of semi-gloss paint color to be white.

Area around fridge where wall and sealing are water stained we will scrape any loose flaking paint, seal out with Kilz primer/sealer and joint compound to a seamless finish, then paint.

Will cut carpet back approximately 1-2 inches around perimeter of room so that we can paint baseboard all the way down to the floor. We understand you're getting new flooring and don't need to cover it.

Labor and Materials: $2,950

**Upon completion we will leave any left over paints for future touch ups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
