Estimate

Complete exterior painting of home

Clapboards

Loose flaking paint will be prepped as needed by scraping and sanding.

All clapboards on house will be painted the same color which is Sherwin Williams Flat Duration 7522 Meadowlark.

Trim

Trim on home will be prepped as needed by scraping and sanding.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams particularly around doors and windows will be caulked.

Exterior of home will be painted with 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

While painting we will remove downspouts so we can paint behind them, then reinstall upon completion.

All house doors and garage doors will be painted your choice of color.

We realize there are rotted areas of trim. This estimate includes replacing approximately 12-15 pieces of rot. While replacing rot that has detailed moldings, we will match as close as possible however we may not be able to get it exact.

Labor and Materials: $14,500

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

Please note this does not include painting of the deck.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
