Estimate

Option 1- Interior painting of living room, stairway including all railings and upstairs hallway

Ceilings will be primed and painted flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color in a Benjamin Moore paint in eggshell finish.

Prior to painting we will fill any holes ad imperfections in walls.

We will caulk open joints, gaps and seams in woodwork and then paint 1 coat of Benjamin Moore white semigloss paint.

Labor and Materials for Option 1: $1,250

Option 2- Second floor bedroom

We will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls and paint walls 2 coats your choice of color with Benjamin Moore eggshell paint.

Woodwork in home will be painted 1 coat with Benjamin Moore white semigloss paint.

Ceiling in this room will not be painted as it is tile. We will attempt to bleach out water stained areas and do a very minor touchup on scraped area.

In upstairs left bedroom we will staple loose tiles back into place.

Labor and Materials for Option 2: $800

Total Labor and Materials: $2,050

While painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings with sheet plastic and cover floors with drop cloths as needed. Upon completion we will leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
