Interior Painting: Touch up painting

Two interior door jams where wood has been worn down -

Will fill with wood filler compound.

Sand to smooth consistency.

Prime and paint to match existing.

Stairway area -

Knots are bleeding through on stairway wainscoting.

Knots will be touched up using Bin Primer Sealer.

One piece of wood where knots are bleeding will be touched up.

Touch ups will all be done in this vicinity on kick plates going up the stairs.

2nd floor bedroom -

Ceiling is peeling in eve area.

This areas will be scraped to a sound surface.

Oil primed, filled with fast dry joint compound and one section of eve will be painted.

Cracks in wall in front of house around eve area will be filled, and will attempt to level out with joint compound, sand smooth, prime and paint this area.

Labor and Materials for total project: $925

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
