Exterior painting of home

Front clapboards that were recently installed- we will caulk all edges where it meets the trim.

We will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes- the same product you had previously painted before they went up.

All new PVC trim on home will have any holes puttied, open joints gaps and seams will be caulked, and 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint will be applied.

In front of home- white edges will be cut in where it meets the clapboard (the french cut) so the trim really stands out from the clapboards.

Labor and Materials: $6,850

Rear deck on home

Rear deck on home will be power washed, sanded with electric orbital sanders, and stained with 1 coat of mahogany flame.

Labor and Materials:$1,400

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
