Estimate

Exterior -

Exterior of home will be soft washed using low pressure and TSP, mild bleach and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. We will wash portion of roof that has mold/algae off.

Once home thoroughly dry we will come back to sand all cedar shingles using electric random orbital sanders.

**Please note shingles will not be stripped, we will just be lightly sanding to allow a good surface for stain to bond.

Once sanding complete will apply 1 complete coat of Benjamin Moore Arborcoat Cedar Siding Stain to all shingles.

Railings on right side of home going up to deck will be lightly sanded and painted to match existing color.

All other portions on home currently green don't appear to need painting at this time.

There are a few minor touch up spots approximately 6-8 of them that we will address and are included in the price of this estimate. And will paint exterior door at the top of the back stairs.

Labor and Materials: $4,500

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
