Interior Painting - 1 bedroom at the front of the home
Stains on ceiling will be sealed with BIN primer/sealer.
Ceiling will be painted 1 coat of flat white.
Wood work in room where new windows were installed, will putty all nail holes, caulk open joints gaps and seams.
All wood work in room will be painted semi-gloss white.
Walls will have minor holes and imperfections filled.
Paint 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Matte finish.
Labor and Materials: $1,450
**New white vinyl windows will not be painted, only the casings around them.
**While painting will take precautions to cover floors with drop cloths and cover any furnishings with a light weight plastic.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
