Interior painting of ceilings due to water leak

We will seal out water stains in ceilings in foyer area by applying 2 coats of Kilz primer sealer.

Holes where water came through ceiling will be repaired and sanded smooth.

We will paint complete ceiling on first floor in affected area by foyer as well as kitchen into a small section in the living room area.

Labor and materials: $1,750

Option 2- Rear deck and railings on house

Deck and handrail will be sanded using electric random orbital sanders.

Spindles on deck will be primed and painted your choice of color.

We can either leave top handrail as-is with no product on it, or prime and paint it.

Labor and materials: $1,750

Please note this does not include staining floor, it will be sanded only

Total labor and materials for both options: $3,500

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
