Estimate

Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Areas to include kitchen, dining area, small hall by front door, hallway going towards bedrooms and bathroom.

These walls will be repaired above shower area, will cut out approximately 6 inches of sheet rock and replace along shower as well as around shower nozzle.

Will repair front closet, however we will not be painting the closet. We understand home owner will paint, we are just repairing.

All other areas we will repair stress cracks as needed.

Minor holes and imperfections in walls will be filled and sanded to smooth finish.

Will apply 1 coat of primer tinted to finish color.

Will apply 1 finish coat in either satin or eggshell finish.

Ceiling in small hallway area will be painted same color as walls.

Bathroom ceiling will be painted white. However we will not be painting up inside skylight area.

Fireplace will be primed using Loxon Masonry Primer.

The fireplace and wall above it will be painted in a secondary accent color.

Labor and Materials: $1,920

Option 2 - Kitchen Cabinets

Cabinets will be thoroughly washed to remove any dirt or residue.

Cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed and brought to our shop.

All cabinets will be sanded using electric sanders to break the hard poly finish.

Prime with BIN bonding primer.

And apply 2 top coats in a satin cabinet paint. We recommend Sherwin Williams Emerald.

Cabinets that are brought to our shop will be primed and sprayed 2 coats.

Upon completion they will be brought back to the home, re-installed and aligned.

**We noticed they are older style cabinets and may have some dented type areas with some holes, nicks and dings. We will fill holes best as possible however even upon completion there may be some slight blemishes.

Labor and Materials: $3,125

**This estimate does not include painting inside cabinets.

**While painting will take precautions to cover counters, furnishings, and floors as needed to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
