Estimate

Exterior - Complete Exterior Painting of home

Will do a complete soft wash of home using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm any landscaping.

Front clapboards will be lightly sanded.

Apply 1 complete coat of oil based primer to prevent any bleed through and to address any rusty nails.

Will topcoat with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration Paint.

All trim on home will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Severely peeling areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Our quote will include replacing up to 6 pieces of rotted wood.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in same color.

Shutters will be removed while painting and re-installed upon completion.

Doors on home will be painted.

Garage doors are maintenance free and don't require painting unless you do a color change.

Bulkhead in back of home will be primed and painted.

Labor and Materials: $8,900

**If you would like to change the trim to a different color and it does not cover with one coat, and we need to apply a 2nd coat it will be an additional cost of $1,700.

**Please note if you go with a bright white on trim over the dark color you have, it may even require a 3rd coat which would be another additional cost of $1,700.

**We will leave any extra left over paints for future touch ups.

**We will cover walkways, roofs, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

** If you would like to move forward with us we are approximately 5 weeks out.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
