Complete interior painting- Not to include first floor bathroom that was recently painted, or stained trim on second floor that has never been painted.
Floors will be covered off using rosin paper for protection.
We will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls and ceilings prior to painting.
Ceilings will be painted flat white.
Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.
Trim will be painted 1 coat of semi gloss.
Labor and Materials: $6,900
Additional option- If you would like us to plaster/ joint compound walls and some areas on ceilings to smooth out to a more uniform finish, it would be one additional day an additional$1,200.
Upon completion we will remove all debris and leave all extra paints for future touch ups.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
