Exterior Painting - Front of Home

Front of house will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture that will not harm landscaping.

Will remove shutters and downspouts while painting and will re-install upon completion.

Trim on front of house including soffits, corner boards, front door casing will be prepped and painted with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

We realize the windows are white vinyl and will not be painted.

Front barnboard will be stained one coat in similar color

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Additional Option:

If you would like to have the shutters primed and painted black while they are off the house it is an additional cost of $225.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
