Exterior painting of trim on building

All exterior trim will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew off of trim.

Trim on building will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking areas will be scraped.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint to all trim, soffits, underneath trim, and open area that is currently white, trim around windows, doors, ceiling, large porch ceiling in back, etc. All areas that are currently painted white will be included in this estimate.

Labor and Materials: $10,500

If you would like a second coat while we are there for maximum protection, it would be an additional $5,000.

We understand you may be adding accent colors on the front door and cornice moldings on lower trim. If you do so, that will all be included in this price.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
