Exterior

We realize that you have started to do some areas of painting on the home.

Trim

We will scrape and sand as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Siding

We will scrape and sand as needed.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint.

Areas that you have started and have already applied 1 coat- we will only be applying 1 additional coat to these areas.

We realize there are approximately 3-4 pieces of rotted wood which we will replace.

Labor and Materials: $7,350

Please note this does not include painting inside the screen porch, and it does not include deck on the side of the house- we understand you will be doing these areas.

While painting we will take precautions to prevent paint spatter and we will use drop cloths to contain as much of the loose paint chips as possible.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
