Exterior Painting -

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent solution to remove dirt and mildew that will not harm plants and shrubbery.

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Bare areas on trim will be spot primed.

All trim will be painted with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint, color to remain the same.

Shingles on home will be thoroughly washed.

Will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Acrylic Siding stain by brush/roll technique not sprayed for a longer lasting paint job because it is worked into the shingles.

We noticed approximately 2-3 pieces of rot on trim that will be replaced.

Loose trim on peak will be re-nailed.

**Estimate does not include staining of decks. We understand you will be doing that yourself.

Labor and Materials: $14,900

Additional Option: If you decide to do a drastic color change on shingles that does not cover with 1 coat and a 2nd coat is required that will be an additional charge of $4,500.

**We will do a test color sample prior to starting for your approval to see if 1 or 2 coats will be required.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
