Estimate

Scope of Work - Work to include main function room, behind the bar walls, down small hallway to back door, front entry, coat room, to bottom of stairway

Walls -

Will fill minor holes in walls from pictures, etc.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color. I recommend Eggshell (washable finish).

Woodwork - to include window casings, doors, door casings, baseboard

Will prep as needed.

Will paint in white semi-gloss finish.

We understand new crown moldings will be added around top of function room. This estimate includes painting the crown molding 2 coats in your choice of color.

We also understand you may be putting a frame around mirror of the bar and if so, this will be included in the estimate for us to paint.

Labor and Materials: $5,450

**While painting will take precautions to cover carpeting, flooring, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
