Estimate

Walls on first floor of home

All walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting walls we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Trim on first floor of home

Trim will be prepped as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply one complete coat of paint in a semi gloss finish.

Please note the trim option does not include any nickel gap wood walls or ceiling.

Labor and Materials: $975

Second floor bedroom walls

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting walls we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Labor and Materials: $475

Second floor bedroom trim

Trim will be painted 1 coat in a semi gloss finish in the same color.

Labor and Materials: $250

Stairway

Stair runner will be removed and we will fill nail holes in the white woodwork.

Please note this does not include refinishing the stairs.

Trim around stairs will be painted.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

Total Labor and Materials: $4,600

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. as needed to prevent paint spatter.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
