Estimate

Interior and Exterior Painting

Exterior

House and deck will be power washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Front gable on house will be scraped as needed and stained with your color of choice.

Deck will be stained 1 coat with solid latex decking stain.

Windowsill edges will be caulked and painted to help keep water out.

Interior

Ceilings

We realize ceilings throughout home have been painted so we will not be doing them.

Walls

Walls which have been painted one coat- we will apply 1 finish coat.

Walls that have not been painted- we will fill minor holes and imperfections and apply 2 coats.

We will be using your Benjamin Moore paint. If we need more, our cost will include purchasing any extra if needed.

Trim

Bare wood such as in closets, basement mantle, stair skirts and riser will be primed using BIN primer sealer.

Woodwork- nail holes will be puttied and open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Woodwork that has been previously painted- we will apply 1 complete coat.

Woodwork that has not been painted yet- we will apply 2 complete coats.

We will be using Benjamin Moore Regal Select semigloss white which we will be purchasing.

First floor mantle will not be painted.

Basement lower level will all be treated as trim/ wainscoting and will be primed and painted.

Inside closets will be painted ceiling white

Labor and Materials: $7,900

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
