Estimate

Exterior

Complete exterior of home and decks will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Once home is thoroughly dry, all siding on home will be sprayed and back rolled with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic siding stain to match existing color.

Trim

Loose flaking paint will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams- particularly around windows and doors will be caulked.

We will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

While painting we will take precautions to cover decking, landscaping, etc. to prevent paint spatter and contain any loose flaking paint chips

Labor and Materials: $8,900

Additional option

Rotted trim on home, particularly around a lot of windows, freeze boards, etc. will be replaced using pre-primed pine, then painted to match existing color on home.

Labor and Materials: $2,000

If you would prefer to replace it with PVC rather than wood trim, (I highly recommend this), this option would be $2,450.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
