Estimate

Exterior painting of home- Not to include garage

Clapboards

Loose flaking paint will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 2 complete coats of either Sherwin Williams Flat Duration or Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic siding stain depending on which products were previously used.

Trim

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked. We noticed particular areas where trim meets corner boards, windows, doors etc. all need to be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Bulkhead on back of home will be primed with Rustoleum primer and painted to match siding on home.

Shutters will be removed while painting. They will be primed and top coated with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in your choice of color and reinstalled upon completion.

Front door will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Downspouts on home will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.

Gutters on home will be cleaned free of charge.

Labor and Materials: $6,850

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

All workmanship and paint products will be guaranteed 1 year from time of completion of project.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
