Exterior painting of home

Option 1 -

Exterior of home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp & dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew.

Bare areas on home will be scraped and sanded as needed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of paint or stain depending on what was previously used to all siding and trim.

Downspouts will be removed while painting and re-installed upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $6,800

**Note: This option is based on bare areas being spot primed and painted with 1 coat of paint.

Option 2 - Color change

If color is changed and does not cover with 1 coat there will be an additional charge of $3,000 to apply a 2nd coat of paint.

Option 3 - Rot replacing

This option includes cutting back shingles on back and side of house, adding a PVC water table, replacing rotted window sills as needed, replacing ends of rakeboards along roof, replacing ends of corner boards, and any other rotted areas.

Labor and Materials: $3,500

Option 4- Rear deck

Deck will be thoroughly sanded and stained.

This will include deck spindles and railings.

Labor and Materials: $900

Total Labor and Materials: $14,200

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
