Soft Wash

Exterior of house will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will lighten the shingles.

Labor and Materials: $650

Exterior painting of trim

Exterior of home will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Areas that are severely peeling will be sanded using electric random orbital sanders.

Bare areas will be spot primed and we will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

We noticed approximately 2-3 pieces of rot, one larger piece being behind gutter. We will need to remove gutter to take the fascia board off and reinstall gutter upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

If you'd like a second coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint applied while we are there for maximum protection, it would be an additional $1,500

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
