Upon inspection of the house, it appears as if the trim is in OK shape, however, we would recommend applying a maintenance coat to it so that the finish lasts longer.
To do this we would lightly sand to ensure good paint adhesion, caulk all open joints gaps and seams particularly around windows, then apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Additional Option- Deck - The deck has a lot of mold, mildew and algae on it. We would highly recommend getting this thoroughly power washed and apply a clear coat of sealer. This will add years to the life of the deck and make it a lot less slippery when its wet.
