Exterior -

Option 1 - Shingles on home (no trim)

Shingles on home will be washed using our soft wash system which is very low pressure to clean. We will use Jo-max with a small amount of mild bleach which is required to kill out mildew.

Once home is dry all shingles on home will be stained with 1 coat of Cabot's Water-base bleaching stain.

Front portion of house around doorway that is wood will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion and painted 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.

Will take downspouts off to stain behind them and re-install upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $7,900

Option 2 - Shed on property

Will wash and stain using same process as listed above on home.

Labor and Materials: $1,500

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
