Interior Painting - 1 mahogany living room walls

Will wash with a chemical cleaner to remove any oils or wax residue.

All mahogany wood walls will be sanded using a Festool electric sander to break the finish and ensure good paint adhesion. This is a dustless system and will have minimal to no dust at all.

Walls will be primed with BIN primer/sealer and top coated with 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Satin finish.

This quote does not include painting ceiling.

Room will be completely sealed off from other areas of house. If any furniture in room we will drape with sheet plastic, floors will be covered 100% with Rosen paper.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

As we are doing project if you want us to come to your house to seal water stain in kitchen ceiling and paint the one immediate square where the stain is we can do this for you free of charge.

We will have time to do project before Memorial Day

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
