Estimate

Complete interior painting of townhouse unit as well as ceiling and walls in garage

Ceilings

All ceilings will be painted flat white.

Walls

All holes and imperfections in walls will be filled.

Repaired areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of eggshell paint in the same color that was previously used.

Woodwork

Woodwork will be prepped as needed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of semi gloss paint.

Scuffed or heavily worn areas will require a second coat.

Closets

Closets will be painted.

Ceiling and walls in garage will be painted white.

While painting we will use drop cloths to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $3,900

Additional option 1- Living room ceiling

We noticed living room ceiling has major water damage and the complete ceiling needs to be primed out with BIN primer sealer prior to painting.

Labor and Materials: $375

Additional option 2- We noticed that the oak stair treads and landing are extremely worn, it appears that the poly has mostly worn off.

We will sand the tread and landing, and apply 2 coats of polyurethane.

Labor and Materials: $500

Total Labor and Materials: $4,775

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
