Exterior Painting/Staining -

Option 1 - Complete soft washing of home using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm landscaping.

All sides facing west including the back of home.

Areas that are severely peeling will be sanded thoroughly using random orbital sanders and will be primed.

Trim will have 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint applied.

Board and Batten siding will have 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Acrylic Siding Stain applied.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

Option 2 - Complete soft washing of home using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm landscaping.

Paint all trim on house. Areas that are severely peeling will be sanded using electric orbital sanders, spot prime and apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

All Board and Batten on house will be stained using Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic Siding Stain.

Porch ceiling in front of house will be clear coated.

Labor and Materials: $6,550

**Will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. while painting to prevent paint spatter.

**Please note neither option will include painting or staining shingles. They are natural and our intention is to wash them and leave natural. Will not be putting any product on them.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
