Exterior painting at Bay Pointe Buzzards Bay/ Onset

Option 1- 9 Units on Oakmont including garages

Exterior siding

Siding will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint.

Exterior trim

Loose flaking areas will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Exterior doors on home will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

This will include complete exterior of condominiums- all siding, trim, garages, railings on roofs, etc.

Labor and Materials: $70,650

Please note- because we couldn't get up to the rooftops to see what type of decking is on rooftop decks, this estimate does not include it. We are not sure if it is prefinished Trex or if it requires painting- either way, this is not included in our scope of work.

Option 2- Units 18- 25 consisting of 8 condominiums

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint.

Total price to do all 17 condominiums: $129,450

If you choose us as the winning bidder, and you would like to get on a 5 year rotation, we will honor this same price for 5 years from the spring start date.

We understand you will be getting the houses power washed prior to us starting, so our estimate does not include power washing.

We would require a 10% down payment.

Upon winning bid we will provide our Workers Comp and Liability Certificates.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: Will require a 10% down payment to start, and the remaining balance to be paid upon completion.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
