Option 1 - Scope of work to be in area of 3rd floor Section B consisting of 23 Class Rooms

To prepare classrooms we understand you will move items into the middle of the rooms for us.

Once completed we will go around baseboard with tape to prevent any paint spatter. Around perimeter of floors will also be covered off using Rosin paper/drop cloths to prevent any paint spatter on floors.

Will fill holes and imperfections in walls.

Sand to a uniform smooth appearance.

Paint with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Eggshell finish paint.

Colors used we will refer to your color schematic provided to us by you.

Prior to starting project we will do one final walk through with you.

Labor and Materials: $47,950

Option 2 - Scope of work to be in area of 3rd floor Section B Hallways

We will go around baseboard with tape to prevent any paint spatter. Around perimeter of floors will also be covered off using Rosin paper/drop cloths to prevent any paint spatter on floors.

Will fill holes and imperfections in walls.

Sand to a uniform smooth appearance.

Paint with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Eggshell finish paint.

Colors used we will refer to your color schematic provided to us by you.

Prior to starting project we will do one final walk through with you.

Labor and Materials: $11,225

**Upon finishing project we will remove any of our debris related to painting and will leave any extra paints clearly marked for future touch ups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
