Exterior Painting- Of home

Will soft wash home using low pressure and Tsp, mild bleach and dawn dish detergent to remove dirt and mildew, this will not harm any landscaping.

Front clapboards on home will be stained 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic Siding stain.

Shingles on two sides and back of home will be stained using Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic siding stain.

Shingles will be sprayed and back brushed/rolled to work it into cracks and pores to help make the job last longer.

Trim on house will be prepped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will replace approximately 4-5 rotted pieces of wood.

Bare areas on trim will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Front door on home currently stained will be lightly sanded, primed and painted in your choice of color. Any additional doors on house will be painted white.

**Please note we will not be touching the deck, as we understand it is being replaced.

**While painting will take precautions to cover roof, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials: $9,500

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
