Exterior painting of home

Before we can paint home it will need to be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew with a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn Dish Detergent mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

All shingles on home will be stained 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes siding stain in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $14,500

While staining the siding we will tape off all areas such as trim, windows, etc. to keep it clean and free of stain.

Shingles will be sprayed and back brushed/ rolled to work it into the wood grain for a longer lasting finish and to get paint in the cracks of the shingles.

Additional Option- to paint all the white trim on the house

Upon inspection we noticed a lot of the trim is not puttied or caulked. We would putty all nail holes, caulk open joints gaps and seams, and apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint.

Wrap posts in rear of house with PVC

Labor and Materials for this option: $7,500

Total for all options: $22,000

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All leftover paints will be left for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
