Exterior - Decks on 3 sides of home as well as front porch decking
Decks will be completely sanded using commercial grade floor sanders to remove existing finish that is severely worn.
Labor and Materials: $6,950
**This quote is for sanding deck only, does not include any staining.
Additional Option:
The base of columns will be painted white after sanding is done.
Will apply caulking on bottoms of bases as needed.
White trim board beneath the deck will be freshened up with white paint that is currently peeling in areas.
Slats under one side of deck will be sanded and I recommend staining them to a Cape Cod/Driftwood Gray. Right now they have the same stain as the deck and its worn and rather unsightly.
Labor and Materials: $950
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
