Estimate

Exterior:

This estimate includes painting of the main house, smaller garage building next to the main house, pergola columns, pool house and tennis pavilion.

This will include all trim that is currently white. This estimate does not include Painting or staining of any shingles.

To begin will take precautions to cover landscaping and walkways to prevent paint flakes, dust or paints spatter.

Trim on the above listed areas will be washed with a detergent and TSP mixture to remove dirt as well as sea spray.

Surfaces will be lightly sanded to ensure a good paint adhesion. Peeling areas will require more in depth sanding to feather out.

Bare wood will be spot primed. Open joints gaps and seams will be caulked.

All surfaces will be painted with Sherwin-Williams Gloss Duration premium paint. Color White to be the same.

Ceilings that are currently painted Robbins Egg Blue will be painted with Sherwin-Williams Gloss Duration to match.

Surfaces to be painted will include;

All wood trim, including detailed moldings, windows, doors.

(Everything that is currently painted).

Upon completion all areas will be thoroughly cleaned up and all debris removed.

All windows and glass doors will be clean and free of paint.

All thresholds will be thoroughly sanded, sealed and stained or painted for maximum protection.

However being a horizontal surface thresholds may require yearly maintenance.

Labor and material $97,500

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $20,000 deposit to start. Balance to be paid upon completion.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
