Interior- Painting of cabinetry
All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.
We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.
Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.
All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with BIN primer sealer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Emerald premium paint- we recommend satin or semigloss finish.
Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam roller.
We will replace one beadboard panel at end of kitchen island that is water damaged at bottom.
While painting kitchen we will need to temporarily move wine racks, paint within the cabinet, then reinstall upon completion.
We will be painting inside one cabinet that has glass doors.
We realize there will be two old knob holes that will need to be filled prior to painting in the island.
We will paint 2 sections of wall abutting cabinets as we discussed, it would be easier to paint the wall than to tape it off.
Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.
Labor and Materials: $6,900
If you would like to add a second color to the upper cabinets/ lower cabinets/ island/ etc., it would be an additional $400.
