Estimate

Exterior

Front porch/ deck area as well as gutters will be power washed.

Shingles on side of garage and shingles up above roof facing side of garage will be lightly sanded and stained to match existing color on home.

Trim

All trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking paint areas will be sanded.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint. This will not include painting any of the older windows that have not been changed.

While painting we will remove downspouts so we can paint behind them and reinstall upon completion.

Dormers on roof

We will completely paint shingles as well as trim on dormers.

Please note the only shingles on home that will be getting painted are the garage side on upper roof over front entry facing garage and the 2 dormers. No other shingles will be stained.

Labor and Materials: $5,900

Additional Option- If you would like shutters painted, we will remove them, paint them and reinstall upon completion at the rate of $40 each.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
