Exterior - Exterior of Home

Option 1 - Soft wash

Exterior of home will be completely soft washed on all sides and decks using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not hurt landscaping.

Labor and Materials: $550

Option 2 - Exterior of home

All trim on home will be scraped/sanded as needed.

We realize you will be changing colors, so this will require 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in your choice of color.

Will paint gutters and downspouts to match trim.

Clapboards on front of home will have a color change as well which will require 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint to be applied.

While painting will remove downspouts in order to paint corner boards behind them and will re-install upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Bulkhead on back of home will be painted using a rustoleum primer and top coated in a slate gray color.

Shutters will be removed and re-installed upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $5,800

Option 3 - Shutters

If you would like the shutters painted a different color.

We will prime and paint.

Labor and Materials: $250

Option 4 - Deck on side of house

Will wash, sand and stain 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Super Deck Stain and apply in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $650

Total for all options: $7,250

**While painting will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
