Estimate

Exterior-

House and fence will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Trim will be prepped as needed.

Peeling areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Clapboards on 2 sides of home and front of home will be stained with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes stain or Flat Duration depending on which products were previously used.

Shingles on back of home will be sprayed and back brushed with Sherwin Williams Woodscapes solid siding stain.

This estimate includes painting doors your choice of color. We realize porch ceiling will be painted a different accent color, possibly blue. We will not be staining the deck, just washing. We will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Labor and Materials $12,500

If you decide that you do not want to do the shingles on the back of home, we could deduct $1,500 making the total $11,000

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
